We are a large facility in Surprise AZ. We are located right next to Sun City West and Sun City Grand. We offer covered stalls and a tack room with a restroom. We muck once daily, and feed 2 times daily. We include your trailer parking. We have a round pen and a LIGHTED ARENA. We have amazing trails through the beautiful Sonoran desert. You do NOT have to cross and roads to go trail riding. Very safe! Includes all of your hay. We feed premium blend pellets (bermuda and alfalfa).  We also have a huge arena with the best footing in the west valley. We have screened for rocks and have arena sand. You will love it here. Within 30-45 minutes of many great roping and racing arenas such as Rancho Rio, Dynamite Arena, Buckeye and Double T.
