We are located in Surprise, Arizona. We can arrange shipping, if necessary, although we would love our new owners to see the ranch and pick up their XL American Bully Puppy in person.

All puppies are ABKC and UKC registered. Parents have a full DNA panel done by Embark and are guaranteed free of health defects.

Our puppies are raised at our ranch in our home with the family. We do not keep them in kennels outdoors. They are socialized frequently with our family and visitors. We supply them with a canine enrichment area at 3.5 weeks of age in order to help them develop properly. This area includes plenty of toys, a slide, tubes, a kennel, and more. We work on potty training from an early age, and they learn to use a doggy door. XL and XXL American bullies are very smart and should not have issues with training in your home. We feed our puppies and adult quality dog food and treats. They are also groomed and taught to be handled. 

We started worming puppies at two weeks of age. They are wormed every two weeks till they go to their new homes. We vaccinate at 6 weeks of age. Their second vaccinations are due at 9 weeks of age. 

All puppies require a $200 non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance must be paid before puppy is relinquished to new owner.

Health guarantees are issued at the time of transfer. Vet checks are performed in the week before they go home. Our puppies are ready to go home at 8 weeks old. We feel it is important for them to have the time to mature, strengthen their immune system and socialize properly. We want you to receive the healthiest and happiest puppy possible! 

Eye color is not guaranteed! XL and XXL American bullies can have various changes in eye color during the first year.  We make our best judgement of eye color by 6 weeks, but we cannot guarantee eye color will stay the same.

Ears are done by a top-rated licensed veterinarian. We do not do these procedures at home, and we will ensure that the puppies have the best of care.

For wait lists, a $200 deposit will hold your place in line for our next litter of your choosing. You can always move your wait list deposit to an upcoming litter if we do not have the color or sex that you want in available litters (This is for wait list only). Selection of wait list puppies is done at 3 days of age.
